Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, also known as counseling or psychotherapy, I engage in one-on-one sessions with my clients. I create a supportive and confidential environment in which my clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and life challenges. Through individual therapy, my aim is to help my clients gain insight, develop coping strategies, and work through emotional difficulties, mental health issues, and life stressors. Take advantage of our individual therapy sessions for just $150 per session

Couples Therapy

During couples therapy, I facilitate sessions with two partners in a romantic relationship. I help the couple address communication issues, conflict resolution, intimacy, trust, and other dynamics within their relationship. The goal of couples therapy is to improve their relationship satisfaction, strengthen communication, and foster a healthier and more fulfilling partnership. Experience couples therapy sessions for only $200 per session

Group Therapy

In group therapy, I lead sessions with a small group of individuals who come together to discuss and explore shared experiences, emotions, and challenges. Group therapy provides a supportive environment for members to offer and receive feedback, gain perspective from others, and develop interpersonal skills. I find it particularly effective for addressing issues such as social anxiety, interpersonal relationships, and providing mutual support. Engage in our group therapy sessions for $50 per person *minimum of 3 participants per session

Art Therapy

Incorporating art therapy into therapy sessions can be a valuable way to help you explore your emotions, experiences, and inner thoughts. Incorporating art therapy into therapy sessions, can provide you with a creative and expressive outlet for exploring your inner world and promote self-discovery, emotional healing, and personal growth.
